ICT at Imperial

ICT Services offers IT support to students and staff at Imperial College London, including online, phone and face-to-face support via the help desk, as well as Twitter service updates. The brief was to create an identity within Imperial’s existing guidelines that promoted all these services and made ICT instantly recognisable around campus.

The result is a playful, people-focused identity which shifted the primary focus away from technology and back on to the users. Moving away from traditional IT marketing gave the ICT team a friendly, approachable feel, while still promoting their wide-ranging services.
